Terms and Conditions for Users

INSTITUTION’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions shall apply to all Formal Institutions (by formal institutions, we mean: institutions that are majorly academical e.g. Schools, SSCE/JAMB lectures, and other extra moral lessons, etc), and Informal Institutions (by informal institutions, we mean: institutions that are not basically academical e.g. handmade skill development centres like tailoring, carpentry, catering, farming, building, etc) that make use of the BWH services/platform.

Registration
By creating an account with us/using our services:
  1. You agree that you are over 18 years of age.
  2. You agree that you shall provide: all information needed to easily locate your institution, and correct details of the institution contact person(s), as failure to provide such information might lead to disapproval of your registration request, and any fee earlier paid will be non refundable.
  3. You strongly indicate agreement that all information provided is true and valid, and is without any form of deceit.
  4. You agree that you have a well planned, and valid location (be it physical location or online), and all relevant materials needed in giving out the supposed skill.
  5. By using our platform, you agree that you have previously registered your institution legally with the right and relevant authorities, and that you have all it takes to carry out business legally in the respectful country.
  6. You agree that you have/shall obtain any licences required to fully carry out operations to the extent required by applicable law, you shall register with relevant tax authorities and pay all relevant taxes in relation to your operations and services.
  7. You accept all our terms and conditions, policies and guidelines, and as may be amended by BWH from time to time and which form an integral part of the terms upon which you may use the services being offered by BWH.
  8. By clicking to confirm that you agree, such electronic signature shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes; and/or by physical signature where required.
Abuse
  1. If we discover that you have misused our services or engaged in any illegal activity, we reserve the right to deactivate your account, and you also give us the right to do whatever we find suitable.
  2. All registered institutions must solemnly be for the purpose of skill training/skill development, and/or for educational enrolment purposes. Anything outside these might be termed Abuse, and can lead to deactivation of account, with no refund on any prior fee payment made.
  3. You shall conduct your business on the BWH platform with skill and care, and by cooperating with and acting in good faith towards other BWH stakeholders in accordance with ethical business practices and industry best practice; and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  4. You understand and agree that you may only register more than one institution/class/course for a legitimate business reason and this might also be determined at BWH’s discretion.
  5. Without prejudice to our other rights, we reserve the right to reject, unpublish and/or delete any institution that breaches our terms and conditions.

Contents
  1. BWH reserves the right to adjust, edit, or delete any Content that might interfere with best service delivery, or for other possible reason(s) that may deserve such action.
  2. You are solely responsible for the fees and Contents (which include videos, images, texts, and otherwise) you create and share on the BWH platforms.
  3. You grant BWH the licence to copy, modify, publicly display, and otherwise use the Contents you share with us.

Institution Classes/Courses
  1. The only institution classes/courses that may be subject for approval on the BWH platform are those that involve enrollment into educational classes/courses, skill learning/skill development. These shall include among others, formal institutions (schools from early childhood education level up to tertiary school level, extra moral classes/lessons, etc) informal institutions (handmade skill learning/development, etc), or any other addition that may be communicated from time to time. However, BHW reserves the right to delete an institution/class/course upload that is not acceptable, or that doesn’t fall within the stated scope above, and any prior payment done by such institution is non refundable.
  2. Institutions that are submitted may be reviewed for approval at BWH’s discretion, before they are operational. You acknowledge and agree that there may be a lead time between submission of the “register your institution” page and the publishing of the page on the BWH platform due to time that might be required for BWH quality control operations.
  3. You must keep your institution/classes/courses up to date. In particular, you must deactivate any institution/classes/courses that have ceased to be available.
  4. You shall have a clear and quality picture/images/logo uploaded on the platform.
  5. You shall be solely responsible for setting the fees of your institution classes/courses on the BWH platform, which may be amended for the purpose of any seasonal or other discounts.
  6. You must not advertise or promote anything whatsoever, that breaches any laws or regulations, or infringes any person's intellectual property rights or other rights, or gives rise to a cause of action against any person, in each case in any jurisdiction and under any applicable law.

Setting Fees for Your Institution/Classes
  1. You agree to exercise utmost sincerity in the price/fee you set in the BWH platform, and that the price/fee you must have communicated to BWH is the original and actual fee for giving such services, and that the fee corresponds with the average acceptance level in giving out such services by you, or by every other similar institution in the industry as the case may be.
  2. The fees you set in the BWH platform shall be seen as the Grand Cost or Gross fee (i.e. it shall include registration cost, entering cost, and cost of other possible products, services and materials) for entering into the class, or for offering the supposed course.

BWH Charges
  1. BWH charges a fee (usually in percentage) in respect of each candidate enrolled into your institution through us (or that makes online payments to you through us), and any value-added services where possible. We may vary our charges from time to time, on prior notice to you.
  2. BWH charges a flat rate withdrawal fee for every withdrawal on the platform.

Inability to Continue a Running Institution/Class/Courses

If for any reason, you cannot complete or continue a running institution/class/courses already paid for by our candidates, you agree to reach a reasonable and accepted understanding with the candidates. Any additional cost that might be incurred as a result of the supposed incapability by you will be totally handled by you (being the institution), and not by BWH.


Receiving Payment/Making Withdrawal
  1. BWH pays institution members by crediting their e-wallet which can be withdrawn by them in Nigeria Naira via bank transfer or other payment options as BWH may make available from time to time. However, credits received from candidates in applying for a class/course in your Institution, such credits can only be released for withdrawal after 72 hours (3 days). You agree and understand that: the 72 hours timeline is to enable possible communication between the applicant/candidate and you (in this case being the institution), and during this period, you agree to act in good faith with the candidate, and to also provide everything necessary for the candidate to enjoy maximum satisfaction for the services he/she must have paid for.
  2. Members must be sure to have updated their correct/preferred account details before initiating withdrawals. However, it is advisable to initiate withdrawals during working days (especially Mondays - Thursdays), as withdrawals initiated between this period (Monday - Thursday) might be quickly completed than withdrawals initiated at other days of the week.

Security/Updating & Maintaining Your Account
  1. You agree to keep your Account Information current, complete, and accurate by periodically updating the information in your profile/page.
  2. You will maintain the confidentiality of your Account information, including username and password by which you access the site.
  3. Any use of your username and password will be deemed to be your use, and BWH is entitled to act on instructions received under your password and is not responsible for any credits or debits made to your account by someone else who uses your password/login details.
  4. If there is a breach of security through your Account, you will immediately change your password and notify us of such breach. Also note that as much as we will do all we can to reply to your mails in the quickest possible time according to existing queue, a faster response might be placed on a phone call to any of our contact us phone numbers listed on the site.

Account Deactivation

Sign up institutions that have never added a Class/Course for the past seven (7) days might be removed from the platform.


Other Agreements
As an institution, you agree to:
  1. Share with the Company (BWH) such information, contact details, indication of interests, as well as other information relating to the provision of Services or obtained by you in the course of performing the Services as the Company may require.
  2. Attend training and meetings as may be required by the Company from time to time.
  3. Not to provide any services contained herein or any similar services to competitors of the Company, including any company involved in the same line of business as the Company.
  4. Indemnify and keep the Company indemnified against any costs, claims, demands, proceedings or legal costs and judgments which the Company may suffer on account of any breach of this Agreement by you.
  5. Understand that User preferences and settings (time zone, language, privacy preferences, product preferences, etc.) may be collected to enhance the performance of the present website.

USER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions shall apply to all individual users besides institutions, including all students that make use of the BWH services/platform, and it shall also apply to all candidates enrolled into any registered institution in the BWH platform.

Registration
By creating an account with us/using our services:
  1. You agree that you are over 18 years of age.
  2. All information provided by you is true and valid, and is without any form of deceit.
  3. You accept all our terms and conditions, policies and guidelines, and as may be amended by BWH from time to time and which form an integral part of the terms upon which you may use the services being offered by BWH.
  4. By clicking to confirm that you agree, such electronic signature shall be considered as an original signature for all purposes; and/or by physical signature where required.

Abuse

If we discover that you have misused our services, engage in any form of deceit, or in any illegal activity, we reserve the right to suspend your account, and you also give us the right to do whatever we find suitable.



Courses & Contents

You understand that BWH promotes courses and content (including photos, videos, texts, and otherwise) from institutions, individuals, and other content providers. While BWH may provide measures to check all contents in the platform before and after publishing, unexpected events do occur. If you notice any content as deceitful, incorrect, or goes against any law or property rights, you shall do well to contact BWH for necessary actions.


BWH reserves the right to adjust, edit, or delete any Content either solely, or as requested by Content Providers.


BWH Relationship with Listed Businesses

BWH is not affiliated with any of the businesses listed on the BWH platforms. All promotional services by us (BWH) containing information about other businesses are strictly based on the information we received from them. You agree to have done your due diligence before paying any of the businesses.


Enrolling/Registering in an Institution
  1. For better services, it is advisable that you register in an institution close to your physical location, or an institution that shares a closer landmark with you.
  2. It is also advisable that you reach a communication within 48hours (2 days) with the institution you must have applied to, using the information sent to you via the email you imputed during registration.
Receiving Payment
Payments/Withdrawals: BWH pays members in Nigeria Naira via bank transfer or other payment options as BWH may make available from time to time. Members must be sure to have updated their correct/preferred account details before initiating withdrawals. However, it is advisable to initiate withdrawals during working days (especially Mondays - Thursdays), as withdrawals initiated between this period (Monday - Thursday) might be quickly completed than withdrawals initiated at other days of the week. It is also to be noted that credits/bonus received for registering candidates into an institution can only be released for withdrawal after 72 hours (3 days) of making the payment.

Charges

BWH charges a flat rate withdrawal fee for every withdrawal in the platform, and this fee can be reviewed from time to time, and will be communicated to users.



Security/Updating & Maintaining Your Account
  1. You agree to keep your Account Information current, complete, and accurate by periodically updating the information in your profile/page.
  2. You will maintain the confidentiality of your Account information, including username and password by which you access the site.
  3. Any use of your username and password will be deemed to be your use, and BWH is entitled to act on instructions received under your password and is not responsible for any credits or debits made to your account by someone else who uses your password/login details.

Other Agreement
As a user, you agree To:
  1. Comply with any practices, rules or procedures put in place by the Company.
  2. Comply with all applicable laws.
  3. Give to the Company such information, including Students/Institutions/Users contact details, as well as other information relating to the provision of Services or obtained by him/her in the course of performing the Services as the Company may require.
  4. Not to provide any services contained herein or any similar services to competitors of the Company, including any company involved in the same line of business as the Company.
  5. The User agrees to indemnify and keep the Company indemnified against any costs, claims, proceedings or legal costs and judgments which the Company may suffer on account of any breach of this Agreement by the User.
  6. Understand that User preferences and settings (time zone, language, privacy preferences, product preferences, etc.) may be collected to enhance the performance of the present website.
Refund Policy:

Due to our product and service nature, we do not make refunds for any purchase once made and confirmed to be in order with the product advertised and paid for.



Privacy Policy

Other Websites
Our web site may contain links to other web sites which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours. BWH hereby reserves the right to make changes to this website and/or Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and in line with what the management of BWH sees serves the interest of the Company and her stakeholders.

By using this website and facilities provided, you hereby confirm that you have the possibility and right to review these Terms and Conditions each time you access this website, and thereby also to be bound by them.

Data Sharing

BWH may share certain data about you with instructors, analytics and data enrichment providers, and companies helping us run promotions. We may also share your data as needed for security, or legal compliance. We can also share data in other ways if it is aggregated or if we get your consent.
